It is Tokyo, 1969. Earth is under the attack of the "Invaders." Fortunately, though, the public is unaware of this. But to the secret orginazation, A.E.G.I.S., the threat is very real, and it is up them to stop this invasion. One day on his route to high school, Ukiya Shun observes a battle between a young girl and a group of Invaders. He ends up helping her and discovers that much like the girl, he possesses the ability to generate a "gate" of special power that only a few other people are gifted with. As a result, Ukiya then joins A.E.G.I.S. in an effort to recruit other Gate Keepers in order to protect the city, all while doing his best not to imitate his late father, whom he dispises.

t's another normal day in the Misato residence when Mahoro finds yet another pornographic magazine in Suguru's room. This prompts her and Minawa to make a pact with Chizuko, Rin, Miyuki and Miss Shikijo to search and confiscate all of the perverted stash in the house. Suguru, Kiyomi and Toshiya must do whatever it takes to protect their treasure from the girls.

After human experimentation turns Kisaragi into a cyborg, he finds himself pressured by multiple organizations: An undying convent of vampires bent on the conquest of Tokyo, and an immortal order of knights, and a group of Yakuza, sword to avenge the killing of their leader. "I might not have any reason to live, but that's no reason to let them kill me." Kisaragi will have to use his cyborg-body and his unique "blood," as well as anything else he can to make his big escape!!!
